Fortnightly Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2019 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

Activities :

• Rs.3,20,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 17 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.

• Rs.9,50,,000/- was sanctioned  & released towards 7 Housing Applications.

• Rs.3,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Credit Society Scheme application.

Mr Suhail Y Khandwani was appointed as an “Election Commissioner” to conduct election proceedings for ensuing election for the post of President of ‘All India Memon Jamat Federation’ (AIMJF) for the term 2019/20 to 2022/23.

The said election will take place in the AGM of AIMJF scheduled to be held on 28/04/2019 in Ahmedabad at Mohammed Hussain Gandhi Hall, Opp Khurshid Park, Juhapura, Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad.

Following Resolution was motioned :-

R E S O L U T I O N

• Mr Suhail Khandwani approved and confirmed the same.

• Appointment letter for the same was handed-over to him which he acknowledged with due confirmation.

• Mr Asif Abbajumma suggested making necessary amendments in constitution of AIMJF and introducing Trusteeship concept i.e. retiring President should be automatically promoted to Trustee.
Members present appreciated the same and Mr Yusuf Abrahani was requested to look into the same & do the needful and if thinks it will be viable then the same should be motioned in AGM after due confirmation from Board Members.

• Mrs Shagufta Lakhani from USA was felicitated with shawl by Mrs Zubeda Khandwani

• Mr Imran Fruitwala presented the report of Youth Wing and stated that Alhamdulillah, from April, 2018, 9 (nine) social programmes were initiated by Youth Wing and on the eve of Republic Day 3 programmes will be initiated i.e Flag Hoisting in AIMJF Office Ground, Blood Donation & Eye Camp in Saurashtra Zone and Cricket Tournament in Marathawada Zone.
Members present noted and appreciated the same.

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11 pm with Delicious Dinner and a vote of thanks to the Hon’ble President.
