Fortnightly Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 19th February, 2019 at 8 pm in the office of AIMJF.

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Ms Sheherbanoo Gullar.
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 29/01/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.
• Rs.2,81,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 15 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.
• Rs.34,85,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 37 Housing Applications.
• It was decided that Ladies Wing & Ladies Team should also visit Industral Training Centre in following centers of AIMJF.
1) Bhavnagar
2) Rajkot
3) Akola
4) Nagpur
• Mr Asif Abbajumma appraised the gathering about the following proposals:_
1) Mr Sameer Merchant (Halai Memon Khandwani Jamat) will conduct Cricket Tournament in the end of March, 2019 in coordination with AIMJF
2) Mr Farook Memon will conduct Cricket Tournament under the banner of AIMJF in the m/o March 2019 in Radhanpur
3) This year 3 Sports events has been already conducted hence AIMJF Cricket Cup 2019 at National level will be conducted after Ramadhan or next year as per convenience accordingly.
Members present unanimously approved the same
• Mr R J Bajaj & Mr Amjad Khan were felicitated with Shawl.
As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11 pm with Delicious Dinner and a vote of thanks to the Hon’ble President.
