Report of Weekly Meeting
Weekly Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 26th February, 2019 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.
Following Members were present:-

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Irfan Kaludi
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 19/02/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.
• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 4 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.
• Rs.39,45,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 30 Housing Applications.
• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 2 Marriage Help Applications.
• Rs.30,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Educational Help Applications.
• Rs.30,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Business Help Applications.
• FELICITATIONS :-
Following Special Guests were felicitated with Shawl for their kind contribution to society towards socio economic causes.

• Mr Haji Haroon Chunawala (President – Andheri Suburban Halai Memon Jamat - ASHMJ) stated that Andheri Suburban Halai Memon Jamat (ASHMJ) will donate Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) per month to AIMJF from Saafi Fund so that the applications of deserving middle class people who are not eligible for Zakat can be considered from such Saafi Fund.
He further stated that other Jamats should also take such initiative and assist AIMJF to generate Saafi Fund
He presented Chq for Rs.3,000/- for the months of Januray, 2019 to March, 2019 alongwith Letter (enclosed)
Members present appreciated the kind gesture of goodwill by Janab Haji Haroon Chunawala.
As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11 pm with Delicious Dinner and a vote of thanks to the Hon’ble President.
