National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF which was the first meeting of FY 2019/20.
Mr Iqbal Memon Officer attended the meeting instead of pain due to hair line fracture in Hip Bone.
Members present offered DUA for his speedy recovery with long happy life

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mrs Zebunnisa Millwala
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 26/03/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.
• Rs.4,51,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 18 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.
• Rs.1,30,000/- was sanctioned towards 80 Water Tanker Help to Memon Colony, Kausa Mumbra for 3 months
• Rs.13,75,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 9 Applications for Housing Help.
• Rs.1,30,000/- was sanctioned towards construction and beautification of Drinking Water PIYAU at Azad Maidan wherein 2 Water Coolers and 5 Filters were sponsored by AIMJF
Members present unanimously approved the same.
Mr Farouk Alimohammed & Mr Ebrahim Bamley observed the proceedings of Meeting and appreciated the work of AIMJF under Janab Iqbal Memon Officer
Mr Iqbal Memon Officer briefed the special guests about the activities of AIMJF
🏆11 dignitaries names were confirmed for felicitation in Convention cum AGM of AIMJF on 28/04/2019 with Memento.
Members present unanimously approved the same.

Mr Iqbal Memon Officer further stated that Alhamdulillah, WORLD MEMON DAY was celebrated on 11th April, 2019 in 37 countries from Japan to USA.
He further stated that due to immense requests from dignitaries of community and Institutions, on 11th April, 2019 he filed his nomination for the post of President of All India Memon Jamat Federation and 12th April, 2019 was the last date for filling nomination and no nomination was received by AIMJF except his nomination form.
Members present congratulated Mr Iqbal Memon Officer and prayed that community needs leaders like Mr Iqbal Officer
Mr Iqbal Memon Officer asked the members present about their suggestion with regard to organizing Weekly Meeting or Fornightly Meeting.
Members present suggested to organize Fornightly Meeting, since the Medical Applications are being sanctioned on daily basis.
Mr Iqbal Memon Officer thanked all Donors, Well Wishers and AIMJF Team Members for their kind cooperation and support extended to AIMJF always.
Coffee Table Book and last 3 years Reports of AIMJF were presented to Mr Farouk Alimohammed
Thereafter registration form of “Young Professional Academy” by Youth Wing was inaugurated by the hands of Mr Farouk Alimohammed, Mr Ebrahim Bamley & Mrs Zebuinnisa Millwala
As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11.30 pm with Delicious Dinner and Dua E Khair by Mrs Zebunnisa Millwala
