Rs. 64 Lakhs 50 Thousand sanctioned and released in NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING on 11th June 2019

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 11th June, 2019 at 7.30 pm in the office of AIMJF.

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Irfan Kaludi

• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 23/04/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

• Rs.7,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 27 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.

• Rs.56,50,000/- was sanctioned  & released towards 31 Applications for Housing Help.

• Rs.1,00,000/- was sanctioned towards construction and beautification of Drinking Water PIYAU at Azad Maidan wherein 2 Water Coolers and 5 Filters were sponsored by AIMJF

Members present unanimously approved the same.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer briefed the special guests about the activities of AIMJF

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer thanked all Donors, Well Wishers and AIMJF Team Members for their kind cooperation and support extended to AIMJF always.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer presented the Inauguration Report of PIYAU at Azad Maidan wherein 2 Water Coolers and 5 Filters were sponsored by AIMJF which was inaugurated by the hands of Shri Sanjay Barve (Commissioner of Mumbai Police)
The entire police team was present and appreciated the same.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer read the list of appointed Board Members, Zonal Secretaries, National Executive Members and various committees.
Members present noted the same.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer suggested to form SURVEY TEAM which will visit the places and handover the chqs after due survey including commencement of construction work, matching of balance amount etc.

 Ms Asma Lakdawala suggested organizing meeting once in a week to assist Gents and Ladies affected with domestic violence.


 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer thanked Mr Asif Abbajumma and his team for arranging and managing IFTAAR during the month of Ramadhan in AIMJF Ground.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer further thanked Mr Vikram Singh for installing Water Cooler Kiosk in Azad Maidan for general public 

As there was no other matter left for discussion, meeting was ended @ 11.30 pm with Delicious Dinner.
