Rs. 59 Lakhs 71 Thousand were sanctioned and released in NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING on 1th October 2019

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 1st October 2019 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

• The meeting was commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Haroon Isani, Digras.

• With profound grief, Mr Iqbal Memon Officer informed about the sad demise of Late Aksa Shoeb Kheradia (daughter of Mr Aftab Badshah), her husband Mr Shoeb Kheradia & her mother-in-law Fatima Bai Kheradia in a tragic road accident on 19/09/2019 while travelling from Madina Munawwara to Makkah Muazzama.
Dua e Maghfirat & Fateha was extended for Isale Sawab of departed souls.

• Mr Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of the last meeting held on 17/09/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

• Rs.27,40,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 19 Applications for Housing Help.

• Rs.16,24,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Sonography Machine.

• Rs.5,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Community Hall.

• Rs.7,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Ambulance Help.

• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Educational Help.

• Rs.2,77,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 12 Applications for Medical Help.

• Rs.70,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 3 Applications for Marriage Help.

• Rs.10,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Financial Help.

TOTAL Rs.59,71,000/- were sanctioned and released towards aforesaid applications.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer presented the report of Youth Wing programme held on 25/09/2019 & 26/09/2019 in Hotel Lake View Resort, Saputara.

Mr Sayeed Ahmed, (Motivational Speaker) addressed the gathering with excellent guidance under the law of Quran and Hadith of Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alahe Wasallam.

Youth Wing Members of ASMA invented the drive-through which they will motivate 10,000 kids to donate Rs.10/- per day to AIMJF through mobile app due to which AIMJF will get Rs.1,00,000/- Lillah Donation per day, InshaAllah.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer presented the brief report of Prize Distribution Function organized by Dhoraji Memon Jamat – Surat on Sunday, 29/09/2019 in Surat.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer invited all the members present at the Inauguration Ceremony of Community Centre of Saurashtra Halai Memon Jamat scheduled to be held on Sunday, 13/10/2019 in Surat.

 Mr Imran Fruitwala presented the three months ‘Plan of Action’ from October, 2019 to December, 2019 to be initiated by Youth Wing of AIMJF which will include “To nurture young talent & create leaders of tomorrow, Building e new tomorrow, to create more knowledgeable, transparent & trusted youth – delivering values”.
Members present noted and appreciated the same.

Birthday Day of Mr Imran Fruitwala was celebrated with Cake.

 Mr Haroon Bhai Isani from Digras was felicitated with Shawl for generating fund of Rs.3 Crores for Qabrastan and Rs.60 Lakhs for Community Hall from MLA fund.
