Rs. 65 Lakhs 2 Thousand and Six hundred Rupees were sanctioned and released in NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING on 10th Dec 2019

National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 10th December 2019 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

Following Members were present:-

• The meeting was commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr. Yusuf Sakarwala

     
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of the last meeting held on 19/11/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.

•      Mr. Iqbal Memon Officer thanked donors and wellwishers for their generous donation and support extended to AIMJF always because of which AIMJF is assisting poor, deserving people of the community for their various needs. May Allah give them the best Jaza, Aameen.

• Mr. Aziz Machiwala also read the Manor & Jawhar Visit Report dated 17/11/2019

• Rs.60,10,000/- was sanctioned  & released towards 35 Applications for Housing Help.

• Rs.3,50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 17 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.

• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 2 Applications for Marriage Help.

• Rs.50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Business Help.

• Rs.42,600/- was sanctioned & released towards 6 Sewing Machine Help.

TOTAL Rs.65,02,600/- were sanctioned and released towards aforesaid applications.



















Members present approved the same. 

• Mr. Iqbal Memon Officer appreciated the great dedicated services of Youth Wing under Mr. Imran Fruitwala & Mr. Yasin Deda and Sports Wing under Mr. Asif Abbajumma.

• Sports Wing and Youth Wing are creating awareness in the community for good. Youth are participating in Jamat activities.

• Mr. Imran Fruitwala stated that Alhamdulillah, AIMJF youth wing launched
 Young Memon Entrepreneurs Club. This initiative is to bring all memon businessmen on one platform.
It will help memon entrepreneurs to network with each other which will help them to increase their business, plus they will get a chance to surround their selves with a likeminded businessman. There's also an expert panel whose mentoring sessions, one on one session will be hosted. The expert panel have a leadership mentor, motivational guru, startup specialist, ca, legal consultant, technology consultant, brand consultant, venture capitalist, image consultant, export-import consultant. As it’s a youth initiative technology is the main medium used. Till now more than 200 applications received. All members are carefully selected to preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the network.

Members present noted and appreciated the new initiative of AIMJF Youth Wing.

• Mr. Iqbal Memon Officer presented the precise report of Saurashtra Convention held on 01/12/2019 in Dhoraji.
He stated that Mr. Aziz Machiwala, Mr. Imran Fruitwala & Mr. Shakir Batliwala accompanied him in a said tour.

 In Saurashtra Convention Housing Chqs of Rs.1.33 Crores were distributed to 108 poor, homeless families towards Housing Help.

 Saurashtra Convention was attended by 4000 (approx) people in Dhoraji.

 100 (approx) youths from 13 Youth Wings of Saurashtra attended the event.

 Mr Iqbal Memon Officer was conferred with the title of ' IRON MAN OF MEMON COMMUNITY '.

 Convention was attended by prominent members of the community including Politicians, Bureaucrats, Police Personals, etc

 Tour was included by the visit of other places i.e. Rajkot, Junagadh, Kalavad, Jamnagar & Dhrol.
Members present noted and appreciated the same.

As there was no other matter left for discussion, the meeting was ended @ 10.30 pm with Delicious Dinner including Tose Sharif Niyaz of Sayyedna Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jilani Gausul Azam Dastagir (Radiallahu Ta’ala Anhu).
