Rs. 75 Lakhs 49 Thousand Rupees were sanctioned and released in NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING on 1th Jan 2020
National Executive Committee Meeting of AIMJF was held on Tuesday, 14TH January, 2020 at 7 pm in the office of AIMJF.

• Meeting was commenced with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mr Yusuf Sakarwala
• Mr. Aziz Machiwala read the Minutes of last meeting held on 10/12/2019 which was unanimously approved by the members present.
• Mr Aziz Machiwala also read the Visit Report of Hon’ble President at Dhoraji, Ranavav, Porbandar, Upleta, Jamnagar, Aliabada etc.
Members present noted the same.
• Mr Iqbal Memon Officer further briefed his Visit Report as follows:-

Ner dtd 02/01/2020 – Get Together Meeting
03/01/2020 – Yeotmal Cricket Tournament & Foundation Stone laying ceremony of Yeotmal Colony
• Rs.53,80,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 31 Applications for Housing Help.
• Rs.10,00,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Community Centre Help.
• Rs.4,94,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 26 Medical Applications for Major / Minor Surgeries.
• Rs.2,25,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 8 Applications for Marriage Help.
• Rs.2,50,000/- was sanctioned & released towards 2 Applications for Business Help.
• Rs.2,00,000/-was sanctioned & released towards 1 Application for Financial Help.
TOTAL Rs.75,49,000/- were sanctioned and released towards aforesaid applications.
Members present approved the same.
• Mr Asif Abbajumma stated that the “AIMJF CUP – 2020” Cricket Tournament (VIII) at National level will be held from 19/02/2020 to 22/02/2020 in Surat with kind support of ‘Universal Cricket Academy (UCA), Surat in which 33 (max) will participate on first come first serve basis, further details for the same will be broadcasted soon to all jamats.
Members present appreciated the great dedicated services of Mr Asif Abbajumma in creating awareness in community through the platform of sports events.
• Mr Imran Fruitwala stated that Youth Wing will celebrate Republic Day on 26/01/2020 in AIMJF Ground.
Members present appreciated the great dedicated services of Mr Imran Fruitwala in encouraging and motivating youths for community services through the platform of Youth Wing.
• It was decided to organize forthcoming AGM of AIMJF on Sunday, 14/06/2020 in Haj House, Mumbai.

• Mr Maqsood Kherani Invited all to attend Get Together Programme on 15/03/2020 from 5pm to 9pm of all AIMJF Jamats from Surat to Kalyan.
• Mrs Razia Bai Chasmawala stated that the Industrial Training Centre of AIMJF will be inaugurated on 16/02/2020 at 4pm in Vasai followed by Felicitations of prominent Police Personals, BMC Officers, etc

• Special Guests Mr Abdul Habib, Mr Ali Habib & Mr Shabbir Rasool appreciated the activities of AIMJF.
